I plan to start my second round right away and Sheri said she is going to do it with me for real!!!

I am glad that you are going to continue. It will help keep us all motivated. I think that it is great that Sheri will do it this time. Just remember that she wont be able to do what you can so encourage to call me. I will tell her how much better she is doing then me. Have fun with mom at lunch!!
ReplyDeleteYea. I know. You have to be careful about pushing her. Basically just show up, and do it. The thing I can do that will help her the most is food prep. I am going to make shakes, breakfast and dinners for her totally dialed into the plan. That will help me too.
