Goals for round 2

  1. Work out with Sheri and encourage her on her journey
  2. Run a 1hr 45min 1/2 Marathon
  3. Get real abs
  4. Get under 200 lbs.
  5. More measurable upper body strength
    1. 25 pull ups (front grip) fresh
    2. 100 push ups (standard width) fresh
