Plyo was easy today. I was trying to step it up, but never got over 135 bpm. Weird

You look so good. I have been showing a few guys I work with your pic and they are pumped for you. They even want to start. I cant wait till I start really seeing some difference. I feel like it should be happening already. I feel almost sad that you only have 10 days left. It's like you're losing a friend. : )

- Fruit
- Enough milk or water to make it blend
