Day 231: 3/4 Arm-A-Geddon

I only had time for 3/4 of the workout today.  Some days you just get in what you can.

M1: 3 eggs, Grapefruit and 1 sausage 200
M2: Progresso 140, celery and PB 150
M3: pizza 300, nuts 300, beer 350
