Update on minimalist running

I did my third run today in my five fingers after P90X chest and back.

I only went three miles and was super sore the first 1.5. The back of my right knee has some pain and I have a couple bad blisters. I guess this is just startup pain. I did go fast up the hill at the end and that felt great.

I may do a longer run in my old shoes tomorrow, but will work on my form and make sure I am not heel striking.

It is amazingly hard rewiring 20 years of bad running form.
