Back home and looking forward to the 4th. I am really ramping up my miles. I really want to get to a solid 13 mile run at a 7:30 pace.

11.5 miles from white rock station to west end. Rode the train back. I really like the Katy Trail and going all the way downtown. We are doing this one again. I accidentally turned off my watch for two miles so it only says 9.5. Google says 11.5.
