Day 262: 7.6 mi Run - Took it easy today
I figured out how to get the Garmin to do mile splits (Thanks Nick). Now my life is complete.
Tomorrow I will travel to Phoenix and should get some running in there too.
M1: Shake 180
M2: Bar 180
M3: hot Pocket 250 nuts 150
M4: chicken and green beans 500
