Morning P90X - Chest and Back + Abs

A little wiped out today from the workout. I may be a little sick.

AMP Shake

B: Bannana + 1 egg

L: Progresso Soup (140 cal of goodness)

S: Yogurt + Cheese Stick

D: On Plane (Chicken breast and salad)


Looking forward to Plyometrics with Julie tomorrow morning.
