Back feels much better. Did 10 miler this AM - No Issues.
Scale said 209 this AM after the run. That probably includes 1-2 lbs of water weight from the run. So, I am probably down a legitimate 8-9 already. Still going. I have my sights set on 295 now, but I know I will have o add some calories to get through some really big runs in the next couple weeks.
Maybe six pack abs by Christmas?

Already down 7 and Back is getting better.
I messed up my back on Monday morning getting out of bed. Yep. You heard right. Not running or jumping or lifting. Literally, just getting up to go to the bathroom. I had to take Mon-Wed off and so I decided to use the opportunity to take the calories way down. I am already down 7 lbs and am sleeping much better.
I went to a PT yesterday and got STEM on my back. It no longer is painful. Just some pressure.
I ran 5 miles this AM and did 20 minutes of yoga and it all went well. I plan to stay in this sub 1500 calorie mode for a while until I get back under 200 lbs.
Today's cals:
B: egg sandwich - 250
L: Salmon Salad - 500
S: Pistachios - 100
D: Lamb Chops, Veggies, Salad, rice - 550
Total:1400

Time to Burn off 20
Well...
I have not posted in ages. I am not going to go into all the details now, but I need to go back to what works. Over the last year, I have gained about 20 lbs. This is even with running 50-60 miles per week. I am currently at 220 up from a low of 200 and need to burn it off ASAP for the Houston marathon in January and then later for Boston. SO... I plan to start logging my nutrition again to create some personal accountability. So without any fan fair, here goes:
B: eggs 150
L: soup 100 sweet potato 100
S: almonds and raisins: 150
S: 2oz Hummus and Carrots 150
Pre Dinner - 650
Chicken and veggies 700
1350
I am already down 2 lbs at 218
