Medium Injuries

I decided to go ahead and post on this.  Two weeks in a row, I have had medium injuries.

I have three classifications of injury:
Minor = run through it.
Medium = interrupts one or more workouts.
Major = out for a week or more.

Last week my back locked up and I missed two workouts and yesterday my calf got tweaky at track, and I had to shut down after 4 800s.  I was back today with an easy 8 though.  The thing I am learning here is how to recognize it fast, assess if it is minor, medium, or major and recover as actively as possible.  Last year I would have just run through the pain yesterday until my calf tore and I would have taken too much time off last week.

So...  Maybe I am actually getting smarter as I am getting more old and feeble?
